What is Kanna?

Kanna, scientifically known as Sceletium tortuosum, is a succulent plant native to South Africa. It holds a rich cultural and historical significance, traditionally used by indigenous people like the San and Khoikhoi tribes for its mood-enhancing properties and for its role in rituals.

The plant contains psychoactive compounds, primarily mesembrine, mesembrenone, and mesembrenol, which interact with the brain’s serotonin system. How do I take it?

There are two ways to consume our Kanna gummies: You can take 1 a day for microdosing benefits OR take 1 gummy every 20 minutes until all 6 gummies have been eaten for a more intense experience.
